ACT Bootcamp: Do-More-with-What-You-Have

The ACT Bootcamp series has made it into our area, with a 4-day intensive series in Nashua, New Hampshire! It’s a great way to learn a lot about ACT in a very short period of time, without having to travel as far as you used to for a Boot Camp! From the website:

The focus of the 2017 BootCamps is Do-More-with-What-You-Have. The workshop will fully cover the basics of the ACT model and its delivery:

• Psychological flexibility
• The six core processes
• Skills for observing and moving the processes flexibly in session

The workshop will also work the model from the bottom up, presenting the philosophical and theoretical roots of ACT in clear, fun, and practical way.
