ACBS Chapter Meeting: Practical Experiences Learning ACT

Come join the local chapter to hear Jason Elias, PhD discuss “Practical Experiences Learning ACT”. Jason wants to share his experience of how he has approached ACT, and how he has balanced the need to understand the theoretical content while not being overwhelmed by the intellectual overthinking and idealism that can come in this work to all of us. With this in mind, he wishes to try some exercises that will hopefully help us connect at the experiential level with the concepts and material, rather than an intellectual one.

You can come by free of charge to join us from 6:30-8:15pm on McLean campus. We’ll be in deMarneffe Room 218 … here’s a map of McLean Hospital with a good parking lot highlighted.
